Design: Samples were prepared following the manufacturers protocol with minor modifications. Briefly, mRNA was purified using manufacturers beads and chemically fragmented. First and second strand cDNA was synthesized and end repaired. Following A-tailing, each sample was individually barcoded with an Illumina index and amplified for 12 cycles
